ORDERS 

I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Your order confirmation shall be sent to your e-mail within 24 hours from placing your order. To check if your orders went through, please check your account details in the “My Account” section once you have logged in.

Can I amend my order?

Orders may be amended if you are paying via bank deposits or money transfers. Orders paid via PayPal cannot be amended. 

If you wish to amend your order, please send us an e-mail at shopthriftmarket@gmail.com with the subject “Order Cancellation” at most one (1) hour after you have sent your order form. 

You will receive an acknowledgement response once your order cancellation has gone through.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled if you are paying via bank deposits or money transfers. Orders paid via PayPal cannot be cancelled. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail at shopthriftmarket@gmail.com with the subject “Order Revision”.

You will receive an acknowledgement response once your order revision has been accepted.

 

I do not live in the Philippines. How can I order?

Please send an e-mail to shopthriftmarket@gmail.com. 

We will respond to your orders within 24 hours.

 

PAYMENTS

How much are your shipping fees?

1. P90.00 for Metro Manila and P150.00 for the rest of the Philippines

2. FREE shipping anywhere in the Philippines, for purchases P2,000.00 (net) and above.

3. International shipping shall depend on the country you are in. You will be charged a certain shipping fee as soon as you complete your checkout process. 

 

How do I pay for my purchase?

You may pay via the following:

  • Major credit cards via PayPal
  • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) bank deposit
  • Banco de Oro (BDO) bank deposit

 

When do I pay for my orders?

For bank deposits, you are given until two (2) business / banking days from your order confirmation date to pay for your purchase. 

For payments made via PayPal, you are required to pay for the purchase as soon as you checkout. 

 

How will Thrift Market know if I already paid for my orders?

Please send a copy of your transaction slip to shopthriftmarket@gmail.com with the subject "Payment Confirmation". 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will you ship out my purchase?

Orders with payments made by 1:00 PM shall be shipped out on the same day of confirmation. Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM will be shipped out the following business day. 

 

How will you ship my purchase?

Shipping anywhere in the Philippines is done via Fastrack, LBC or 2Go, while international shipping will be done via DHL or PhilPost. You will receive your ship out information within 24-48 hours from confirmation of payment. 

 

Will I have to pay additional duties and taxes?
There may be certain duties and/or foreign taxes applied by your local customs towards your order. If you are unsure of this matter, please call your customs office for more information.

Unfortunately, Thrift Market cannot be held accountable for these additional charges.

 

I haven’t received my ship out details. What should I do?

When will I receive my purchase?

1. For customers within Metro Manila, you will receive your package within 1-2 business days. 

2. For customers anywhere in the Philippines, you will receive your package within 3-5 business days. 

3. For international customers, you will receive your package within 10-14 business days. 

Your estimated delivery date shall be shown on your order confirmation.

You will receive another e-mail as soon as your package leaves our warehouse and on the way to your shipping address, which will include an airway bill or tracking number of your order. You may check the status of your package through online courier services using your tracking number.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes, returns and exchanges are allowed. Please see details below. 

 

I have received a defective product. How do I report this?

As soon as you discover the defective product, please send us an e-mail at shopthriftmarket@gmail.com with the subject “Defective Item”. Please include the following details:

  • Product code of the defective item
  • Description of the defect
  • The order number

We will get back to you with a confirmation regarding your replacement item within 24 hours.

 

I am a customer from the Philippines. How do I return my item to you?

Your confirmation e-mail shall contain the instructions and the shipping address of Thrift Market.

We will send you another e-mail as soon as we have received your returned package.

Returns and exchanges are accepted from customers within the Philippines only. Please send an e-mail to shopthriftmarket@gmail.com if you want to return an item. However, take note of the following guidelines:

1. You may return an item only if it is faulty / defective. Please note that all items are checked thoroughly before shipping out products.

2. Thrift Market does not offer refunds on payments made. You may replace your defective item with any item of the same or higher value.

3. Returns due to sizing and fit are allowed; however there is a return handling fee equivalent to the existing shipping rate.

3. Items must be returned within 7 days from ship out date. The item/s must have the original barcode/s in tact, together with its original packaging.

4. An item can only be exchanged once.

5. You must receive a confirmation e-mail from Thrift Market before you can return your item.

6. Your replacement item shall be shipped out within 3-4 business days upon receipt of package.

 

When will I receive my replacement item?

Your confirmation e-mail shall contain the date as to when you will receive your replacement item. Please give us five (5) business days to process your item.
